The New York brokerage firm Serhant. is launching a new office in the Hamptons, slated to open in the summer of 2022, the company announced Monday.

The new office location will be known as “Serhant. House Hamptons” and will be located at 103 Hayground Road in Water Mill. The brokerage’s first location, Serhant. House NYC, opened September 2021 in SoHo , a year after the creation of the company by a luxury broker and New York Million Dollar Listing star Ryan Serhant.

The physical expansion in the Hamptons will give the brokerage a boost to its already existing operations there, a news release noted.

“The Hamptons are one of the most incredible luxury real estate markets in the world; I’ve always had an active presence here, at all price points, and I’m excited to bring our business to the Hamptons to better serve our local agents and customers,” Serhant said. Founder and CEO Ryan Serhant said in a statement.

“We’re building a real estate agency for the future, and that includes how we think about office space,” Serhant continued. “Like our headquarters in Manhattan, Serhant. House Hamptons will be designed to be a place agents want to be – it won’t be a cubic farm, but rather a gathering space designed to inspire networking, collaboration and a strong corporate culture, allowing everyone who visits to succeed.

Serant. House Hamptons will occupy two buildings with an area of approximately 3,000 square feet. The office, conveniently located on the Montauk Freeway (a main access road to the Hamptons) will have a “lounge area and experiential space” for corporate clients, coworking spaces for agents and a satellite studio for the company’s in-house film and production team, Serhant. Studios.

At the new location, Serhant. will also include its “Signature” division, a brokerage arm that focuses on luxury clients and properties priced at $10 million or more and brings premium services, marketing initiatives and real estate experts to help the wealthy clientele, which abounds in the Hamptons.

“Sergeant. Homes are multifunctional spaces where realtors and employees can conduct business, house clients, create content, network and more,” reads a press release. “They are designed to support the future work as warm and welcoming environments, like home, that encourage a “walk-in” style of work and maximize productivity.”

Caleb Petersen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the brokerage in leasing 103 Hayground Road.

Serant. achieved nearly $2 billion in total sales volume in 2021.
